These guys literally saved us. We had a huge tree hanging over the pavement and road causing an obstruction and could have fallen at anytime. Messaged Jon who moved a few jobs around to help us out at short notice. They turned up when they said they would even in the thick snow and worked tirelessly. All the lads were polite and respectful and really did save us from what could have been a nightmare. Will be using Arbor Aces again in the future.

Jonathan has to be the most honest and transparent tradesmen I have ever met. He came and gave me and my neighbour a price for the removal of an extremely large beech tree that my neighbour and I both wanted removing from her garden. He provided us both with copies of all his certificates, which included a search from WBC ensuring us that the tree didn’t have a preservation order on it. He also gave us a breakdown of the job with costs. The team of 3 arrived as planned, and methodically dismantled the huge tree. It was fascinating to watch. The team were polite, and respectful with both our properties, and the job took the 2 days as planned. I would highly recommend Willow Garden & Landscapes for any job, big or small, Jonathan is as good as his word.

Jonathan visited to provide a quote which was reasonable. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also recommended another gardener for ongoing maintenance. They both have completed an excellent job on my garden and so tidy too. Couldn’t recommend enough!

This lovely man and his wife came out late last night to help my daughter get her cat down from a tree she had been stuck for 2 days and no one would help us except these lovely people we can’t thank you enough for what you have done

My nieces cat minnie was missing for 2 days which never happens she likes to snuggle in bed with her humans and loves her food she was located up the top of a massive tree and the more scared she got the higher she got but then this man and his beautiful wife drove all the way from wirral in the dark and honestly was so invested in a cat that ment nothing to them Jonathan was so persistent and managed to get minnie to saftey honestly if you have a charity page we would all love to donate thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

Arbor Aces My cat was up a tree for 2 days just found her today within an hour this man and his wife came out 40 minute drive to help me at half 9 tonight , just ordered his tea but chose to come and help me instead and didn’t even want any money for it, (we insisted ) wanted to give them everything for helping me get my cat back she’s our baby massive massive tree so high not even a 3 tier ladder could help us. Just want to help back as much as possible and give him a share I really can’t thank him enough would definitely recommend these are amazing humans beings restored my faith there is still good people in this world. So again thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart and my little girls
